What is Alpha? Alpha is a practical introduction to the Christian Faith. Alpha is a twelve week course designed for non-church goers as well as new Christians. Laughter and Learning... Alpha is a humorous and informative way of tackling key questions which are at the heart of Christiantianity. Through Alpha one can grow closer to God while discovering their own faith and have a lot of fun in the process. Alpha is known as "Dinner and a Movie." We meet for a delicious catered dinner and then watch a short video. After the video, we enjoy dessert and then form into small groups and are given the opportunity to ask questions and enter into discussion about the video topic. |
